Mumford And Sons Extend Tour Dates With Ticket Prices Rising

English Folk band Mumford and Sons have recently announced their plans to extend their already massive world tour into October. The band released eight new dates, which will all take place in the US, and will kick off in Las Vegas at the Life Is Beautiful Festival on September 23. Their final stop on the tour will be at their second Austin City Limits performance on the weekend of Oct. 7. Tickets for the newly released set of dates for Mumford and Sons are currently on sale now.

Now that the band has extended their tour, by the time they wrap, they will have been out on the road for a whopping 17 consecutive months. This portion of their North American trek will be named the Austin 5000, and tickets to see Mumford and Sons throughout September and October are in high demand and steadily rising across the secondary market. According to the data provided by TiqIQ, tickets are averaging $318.

Mumford and Sons will headline five of these new dates with supporting act Catfish & the Bottlemen. These stops include the Usana Amphitheatre on September 26 in Salt Lake City, Utah, where tickets are currently averaging $224, and the lowest get-in rate is $60. On Sept. 28 and 29, the band will make two stops at Fiddlers Green Amphitheatre in Englewood, Colo. These two appearances are averaging $221, with the cheapest ticket available for $62.

Mumford and Sons will make two stops at Austin City Limits in Austin, Texas at Zilker Park. Festival passes for their appearance on the weekend of Sept. 30 are currently averaging $592, and the cheapest is available for $312.

Austin City Limits on Oct. 7 will serve as their second Austin appearance, as well as the final stop on their extensive tour.
